Make the Cut: Keep Singapore Clean Film Competition is open to all secondary school students in Singapore. Participants may join as an individual or as a team of up to 3 members from the same school. 2026 marks a milestone year — the 15th anniversary of the Public Hygiene Council (PHC) and the Keep Singapore Clean (KSC) movement. This year's campaign theme, "Keep Singapore Clean – We All Have A Hand In It!", reflects a simple but powerful truth: clean public spaces are the result of everyday choices made by everyone, not just a few. This spirit echoes the "We First" vision — a call for Singaporeans to move beyond self-interest and embrace collective responsibility for the communities and spaces we share.
